- A hot breakfast is served daily. Please note that the kitchen is not open to the public for use. The town features several dining options for lunch and dinner.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimmers enjoy the pool at their own risk and are asked to use caution.
- Inviting non registered guests to the house is prohibited.
- Please be mindful by using coasters and not placing wet/damp towels on the antique furniture.
- Please note that the mansion features a resident cat, Evil. The cat keeps to himself and does not utilize the guest room portion of the house.
