Colonial House Room 1

I had a nice experience at Kun's place in Drexel Hill, PA. His home is a stately older home with a lot of charm and character. As the saying goes, they just don't make them like that anymore. Kun and his partner were welcoming and Kun did a really nice job of communicating all of the details I needed to easily check in and settle in for the evening. I was able to make coffee in the morning and slept well with the use of an effective window air-conditioning unit. Parking was simple and secure (off-street) in Kun's driveway.

Amazing space. Very cool and comfortable. Kun is so sweet and I truly enjoyed his conversation. I hope that out paths cross again. My room was lovely and spacious. The whole place from garden to suite were unique and truly beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality! And insights.

Kun was a gracious host and his place was easy to find, clean, and in a great location. Thanks for being so hospitable, Kun!

Kun was very nice and mostly communicative. I was amazed that there was not a single towel or bar of soap in the bathroom! I am used to little "niceties," such as candies or snacks. Kun did say you could help your self to make coffee in the morning. Although I received explicit instructions as to how to let myself in, I found it very difficult to open the lockbox outside the door and once the key was obtained, I needed help using the key to open the door. This all seemed so frustrating. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be. Once inside my room, there were no tissues or other complimentary items. They bed did have a warm comforter and a space heater to use if needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Kun's place. He is a very welcoming and friendly host, the accommodations are very comfortable, plus the house has a lot of charm. I would definitely stay with Kun again.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful house and room. Kun was a very considerate host and a very interesting man. I enjoyed our conversation- I really wish we'd had more time to just relax. Drexel Hill is a beautiful town, convenient to the city. I will definitely stay with Kun any time I go to Philadelphia

My Stay at Kun's Colonial House was 5 star all the way. A gracious host and a lovely home. I felt very comfortable there and his home is in a great Philly-area location. Would definitely stay again.

A bit further from Centre City then I thought, but a nice home for a quiet respite. Beautiful street and very comfort bed.

Kun is an awesome host. He is generous, engaging and very laid back. I always felt like I was at home despite the short stay. This really is a great location with easy access to anywhere you want to be in Philly. I totally enjoyed my stay and will book this place again in an instant when returning to Philly.
