Great host and made a new friend. Room is clean and quiet. It's easy to get around the area. Bed was super comfortable as well. The host will give you your own space and make you feel like you live there. I will definitely visit again.

Chris and Paco (his dog) were a delight. The inside was immaculately taken care of, and Chris was very accommodating. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The only downfall to me was that although the pictures show a screened in area outside, the door is left open. This means Florida mosquitos everywhere and I got ate alive when trying to enjoy my book.

The property is very stylish, very comfortable and the host could not be more accommodating. He was most helpful in sharing highlights of the area, had an extra bike for guests to join him, and also took me to meet some of his friends on a Friday night bar tour! I felt I had the opportunity to engage at much or as little as I wanted and could just spend the day sunning at his private pool if I wanted. It is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and local venues. I would highly recommend Chris's home if considering a trip to Orlando.

Beautiful house, super clean, organized, close to everything in Winter Park, great restaurants, parks to walk, convenient stores. And the host was fantastic, very well communicated, and very nice person to share time with

Chris is a fun host! Great decor, great indoor air (not a given due to Florida's hot and humid weather), great bed, great sheets, great comfort (much appreciated after a long drive). In fact, I slept better here than on my own bed. All thanks to Chris, his hospitality, and his wonderful friendly dog. The location also gave me a glimpse of quaint metro Orlando that I wouldn't have otherwise discovered. I can appreciate why Chris chose and made this his home. Charming!

I had a very comfortable stay with Chris. Great bed, quiet neighborhood, lovely pool, and he was easy to communicate with bothered before arriving and in person. His dog is quite sweet and seemed to like the extra attention. Great place to stay. Thanks
