My room was super comfy, and I slept like a baby every night.
The view from the verandah is breathtaking, and the garden and pool are just perfect for chilling out.
Uki is super cute too—such friendly people and lovely surroundings to explore.

The location is awesome it's less than10 minutes from anything a guest could possibly need, all the popular restaurants and shopping centers. Everything about Tim's place is primo clean. We stayed for three nights in the "Smile" room: it was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The terrace and pool are magnificent, and everything was spotlessly clean. We really felt like we were staying with close friends. Anthony and Jean-Pierre, we appreciate the hospitality you showed us from the very start and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will certainly recommend you to our friends."

Ron·5·Sep. 2024· "This was a great location if you want and easy in and out to Downtown Atlanta as the Marta station is a five-minute walk. There is also free parking at the station too if you want to drive.
There is a great Mexican Coffee shop right around the corner for a quick Latte. If you do not want to park on the street there is a driveway to park in as well. Tim was always able to get back to be quickly if I had a question."
