Welcome to a vast, bright, air-conditioned 80 m2 apartment in Marseille, combining old-world charm with vintage Scandinavian decor.

You'll be staying in a large, private 14 m2 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and access to a balcony offering a lovely, unobstructed view of Notre-Dame de la Garde. The bright, unoverlooked apartment features parquet flooring, high ceilings and carefully selected furnishings.

Communal areas include a large, convivial living room, a dining area and a shared bathroom featuring Majorelle blue mosaics.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a characterful Marseilles building with spiral staircase and antique floor tiles.

Ideal location: just 100 meters from the recently renovated Place Castellane, with immediate access to the metro (2 lines) and tramway. The Saint-Charles train station can be reached in 10 minutes without changing trains, and shuttles to the airport leave directly from the station.

You can easily explore Marseille on foot, by bike or by public transport. The lively Cours Julien district, renowned for its bars, restaurants and artistic atmosphere, is just a 10-minute walk away. Several gay venues and LGBTQ+ spots are also within walking distance of the apartment.

Very friendly welcome from Olivier, the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The apartment's location is ideal, just a few minutes from Place Castellane and its activities. Saint Charles station is fifteen minutes away by metro. I recommend it and will certainly return.

Very pleasant stay with Olivier who welcomed us very well, with very clear communication. We slept very well thanks to the excellent mattress and air conditioning, much appreciated in this heat. Finally, the apartment is ideally located and easy to find! Olivier's apartment is a small museum of decoration and design!
