In the heart of the city / room wc + private bathroom

I stayed three days at Sylvain's and everything was impeccable. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and perfectly located, just steps away from Cours Julien and close to the city center. Sylvain is extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Marseille.

This was one of the best places I've stayed at. Communication with Sylvain was always professional, helpful and timely. The apartment is amazing - extremely large, well designed and decorated and quiet for being in such a great location. It was easy to get to public transport if you need it, close to the old port, the beaches and the many bars and restaurants. The air conditioning was fabulous and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower room excellent with great water pressure.

I had a great time staying in Sylvain's apartment. The whole apartment and the room is clean and beautiful. The location is great and close to everywhere. Communication was really smooth and Sylvain gave me a lot of tourist recommendation. I will definitely want to come back again if i am in Marseille.

I had a really lovely stay here. The Sylvain & Julien were welcoming and responsive with a good knowledge of the area. They were kind enough to tolerate the language barrier I provided due to my limited French conversation. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home rather than just a place to stay. The location was a good base to get around the city centre on foot, with everything I needed nearby. I'd happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very well-located apartment with parking nearby, close to the Old Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde. Nice neighborhood 500m from Cours St Julien for lunch or dinner. Bedroom and bathroom perfect. Friendly hosts.
