Fréderic is kind and provides great advice on things to do in Marseille. The room is spacious and clean and a bit dark and stuffy. There is a small fan that helps recirculate the air, especially when is hot out. The location is good to access everything the center has to offer and it is within walking distance from St Charles station and the Port (15 min). The nearby beaches can be accessed easily by bike :)

We had an excellent night at Fred's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. The neighborhood is lively and popular. Fred was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions. We particularly appreciated his travel tips, the bedding, and the complimentary coffee. I highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Marseille.

Frédéric's accommodation is an excellent option for staying in Marseille. With a privileged location, you can walk everywhere in the city, and it's conveniently close to Saint Charles station. The room is spacious, the apartment is nice, and the best part is Frédéric's kindness and friendliness.

Large room with a comfortable bed in an unusual appartment and setting. The area is in vibrant, multicultural environment just minutes away by foot from the train station and the old port. Fred is a warm and friendly host who knows his city inside out. If you need a wide open window in order to fall sleep, this place is not for you. For everyone else it's an exciting experience in rural living.

I had a lovely stay with Frederic. The location was perfect, within walking distance of saint charles train station, and many busy areas to eat and drink. The room was very comfortable and clean, and Frederic provided a fan for when it got too hot. The host was also very welcoming and provided recommendations based on what I was looking for in the city.

Everything is within walking distance. Nice place, comfortable room. Frédéric is super friendly; he recommended a couple of places and activities. I'd stay at his place again.
