I'm offering to rent a private room in my year-round apartment in Marseille's 8th arrondissement, 1 minute from the Cantini Rouet streetcar station and 10 minutes' walk from the metro (Rond Point Prado and Périer stations). It's a quiet, secure neighborhood that's a pleasure to live in. Everything is within easy reach.
The apartment is a 76m2 T3, modern and recent, air-conditioned and fully equipped. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed for rent, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace overlooking the Parc du XXVIème Centenaire. It's sometimes possible to park in my garage during the week if it's just for car storage. In any case, you'll have to ask me if it's possible or not. Only the bedroom is private, the rest of the apartment is shared.
