Rob is super friendly and, seemingly, always smiling and cheerful.
The location is back in the woods but not too far from downtown Big Rapids. You would never know that the big retail stores and quaint downtown are no more than 10 miles away. Be aware the last mile of the road has some hills and bumps.
I definitely recommend a stay here if you really want to feel away from it all."

The place isn't a pool house; rather it's a somewhat dark ground floor apartment, under a large group house with a nice roof deck. You hear ******** going on above but those are sleeping rooms not living rooms so it isn't too bad. It has a great kitchen and bath; outdoor space by the pool; and a great view from the roof -- especially sunsets. I had a bad booking experience and the price went up. Not sure if was owner or service."
