It is conveniently located at walking distance from "Le Village", with all the gay bars, and barely ten minutes from the nearest metro station. It offers all comfort to visitors, even fitness equipment I made great use of. Eric is very hospitable. His instructions to reach the apartment and to get in were very clear and he made ample time to chat and give tips to visit the city. Absolutely a place to recommend!"

Everything was very comfortable, clean and calm :) The view of the harbour and mountains was so lovely, and he has great decor taste! And beside the house (there is an inner way) Laurence has an antiquity shop full of everything everyone has always desired. Everything was perfect for my staying and Laurence is a special host: very polite and kind and it was a pleasure talking to him. Very interesting man."
