For downtown, it was quiet, a good bed, private bathroom, everything clean.
The host Jatin is very helpful, very friendly and does everything possible to make the stay pleasant.
The location is within walking distance to the subway, streetcar and Union Station.
There is a supermarket nearby and many cafés and restaurants."

Juergen·5·Apr. 2024· "Spent 2 nights in the capital of Canada and felt welcome at Tarek's place. The guestroom has a comfy kingsize bed on the second floor with a good view of Somerset Street. It was nice to talk to Tarek and we could use the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Ottawa has more than you might think of. We did the Senate and House of Commons guided tour. Both free if you book online. Highly recommended also is to rent a bike and explore the bike pathways. The network is huge and the rental station under Rideau Bridge has fantastic bikes for rent. If you head left on Somerset till Chinatown, you find Drip House. Experienced baristas brew you into coffee heaven and two streets south, True Loaf Bread is the place to pick up fresh baked artisan bread and pastries."

It is conveniently located at walking distance from "Le Village", with all the gay bars, and barely ten minutes from the nearest metro station. It offers all comfort to visitors, even fitness equipment I made great use of. Eric is very hospitable. His instructions to reach the apartment and to get in were very clear and he made ample time to chat and give tips to visit the city. Absolutely a place to recommend!"

The bed was very confortable, quiet and we slept very well. The shower and bathroom were great. The location of his property is a plus since it is in the countryside but at the same time 5 minutes from downtown Moncton. We recommend his place primarily for location, setting, cleanliness and freedom to be.
