The vicinity to the highway is convenient to explore the island, a great bakery and a supermarket are not even 5mins away by car, but still it's a very calm and cozy neighborhood and relaxing by the pool just makes life a little more fun, even in November. The lights around the house create a cozy atmosphere in the evening. Ben is super nice and always ready to share valuable information and his experiences around staying on Cyprus! And his cats are very cute too! Will hopefully come again soon!"

Klemen·5·May. 2026· "We had an amazing stay at Pavlos' place. He and Kon were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good tips and infos about Nicosia and Cyprus. They even invited us with them on a night out which was really fun. They made sure we felt good and welcomed at all times. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The cats were adorable and they brightened our days instantly. I would recommend a stay here to everyone (especially Lana's fans 😜) 10/10"

Gabriel and Damien were incredibly lovely hosts, very welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Daniel·5·Jan. 2026· "I wish I had more than one night chez Rami (January 2026). His place is lovely and comfortable with both rooftop and main-level terraces at his perfect penthouse. The kitchen his brother designed is sublime. The location was ideal for me, easy to walk anywhere and simple to find. He is full of useful information and recommendations, including a great hair salon, excellent restaurants, whatever you might need, actually. I would have done more in Nicosia, but he is such a kind host we talked for hours, he escorted me to a profound art exhibit in Northern Cypress (and carefully guided me across the DMZ and passport control on both sides) and so much more. I would love to stay at his place again anytime.
If you have any interest in classical music, he will enlighten and maybe play piano for you. I learned more about music in just hours with him than in years of attending concerts worldwide. He has a special, open personality and is kind and amusing. He seems determined to make your stay in Nicosia the best ever. Bravo!"
