Eric and Royston were very sweet and welcoming, making my highly hectic stay in Brighton feel much lighter. His apartment is situated in a very convenient & central location in Kemptown village. It's spacious, the room was very comfortable with loads of loads of light & an amazing sea view to the right. Once I had the keys he made it clear that I was free to come & go as I wished & he even cooked me breakfast one morning & shared a bottle of wine & a fascinating chat on my first evening. His dog is adorable & I loved sharing his company ....as well as Michael's throughout my stay. Highly recommended & I'll look forward to returning for my next break, thank you šš»š¾"

Both such great guys, happy to chat or offer recommendations for places to go, or tell you the history of the area. So welcoming, both of them made my first trip to Brighton really great. Both Jonathon and his partner were really friendly and we had dinner and a few glasses of wine together. Ideal base for exploring Brighton, I'd definitely stay again."

While my time spent in Brighton was fantastic- if you like swimming try the outdoor pool-you still need somewhere to come home to and be able to relax: comfortable, private, with a host who knows so much about the local area.
