"It's a very nice apartment and has a great location. The room is quiet and has lots of space for personal belongings. Davy is very kind and helping and gives advice and opinions of areas to visit the city and other things. It feels more being with a friend then a host. But if u get a little too confident it's getting clear that u are a guest after all so behave like one. Alltogether I can recommend to stay with Davy and would go back here anytime. Merci Davy"

"I had a nice stay in Paris at a good location on Rue du Temple. The hosts were cordial, good virtual communicators, and were very kind and understanding about the fact I arrived at an extremely unsociable hour due to unforeseen travel plans beyond my control. I am not sure if my very late arrival made introductions and the social part of the stay a bit more difficult. The fact the hosts and I were rarely in the apartment at the same time meant that I did not get to spend as much time chatting, getting to know them and settling into my short stay as I would have liked. I wasn’t entirely sure how much interaction they prefer to have with their guests and I did not want to intrude on their downtime at home, particularly after a long day at work. I thought it more respectful to stay in my room or head out than to hang around and potentially be annoying. I also wasn’t sure if there were any refreshments other than a welcome bottle of water available to guests, but this really wasn’t an issue. That said, they were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we crossed paths. Overall it was a comfortable stay and a good base to be in to explore Le Marais, Les Halles, Saint Eustache and beyond. Also very well positioned for transit options. I would stay again and would recommend the place to other travellers. "

"Beautiful top-floor apartment with a very green terrace! Warm welcome from Franck and Lionel and a very pleasant stay. The town center and harbor are within walking distance and there are plenty of public transportation options nearby: bus at the foot of the building for the entire Promenade des Anglais up to the airport, Vauban train station (bus) and Riquier train station (trains) not far away, and tram to Nice-Ville in 10 minutes. I also recommend Franck's massage!"

"Location: Highly accessible with convenient public transportation. For example, M3, M14, T3b. Additionally, the apartment is located in a quiet area. Accommodation experience: The apartment is spotless and neatly arranged. Also, the space is bright and roomy, giving a comfortable, at-home feeling. Especially, the bed is extremely comfortable. The host: Gilles is very friendly and easy to get along with. Furthermore, he is always available if we have any questions. Overall, Highly recommended."

"I had an incredible stay in Jerome's place! Everything was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. Although he wasn't there, his friend was there to help me get settled and he was so nice. He even washed and dried my clothes when I asked for help. They also provided coffee, tea, and snacks which was perfect after a long commute. My only feedback is that the toilet wasn't private. There was another guest staying that was using it in the middle of the night and I didn't know it was shared and was a bit frightened when I bumped into them. I also didn't have a couch as described nor could I use the dining table and kitchen area as described in photos. There were certain communal areas that guests were not allowed to use which are photographed. Despite the confusion with the description, my stay was overall positive and I would definitely recommend Jerome's place to others."
