"We truly enjoyed our time at Tony's house. The room we rented for the week was clean, well appointed and large. It had doors to the yard and into the house. The coffee station was a great asset. There was an ice machine and two water coolers on the property. We had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were clean and neat. The pool is heated and well kept. There are lots of lounge chairs and seating. Plenty of umbrellas and shade. Tony, our host, was very personable and seems to love sharing his home with all his guests. His photography is amazing and one room in the house is his art gallery, very impressive. In conclusion, my husband and I loved Tony's house and cannot wait to visit again."

"Greg and Rick were wonderful hosts, available when needed but also providing space and privacy, if needed. Everything was easy and enjoyable, and their home is amazing. Their large, creatively designed home allows spaces for privacy and for socializing with other guests. The outside space includes a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. And the main step of Arvada, with restaurants and shops is a short distance (by foot or by car). If I return to Denver, I hope to stay with Greg again. Highly recommend!"

"Well located within walking distance to Target, Coral Ridge Mall, Publix and a nice variety of restaurants as well as AMC Theaters. Apartment is spacious and well appointed. Staff helpful and accommodating. Good wifi in the room and at pool. Coin operated onsite laundry. Ample parking. Surprisingly quiet. Pleasant courtyard with abundant furniture. Short walk to pool with ample lounges. Well priced."
