suite 1/ Mid Century Modern touch/with private bathroom and pool

Two stars. The venue was fine for what it is, but didn’t feel like a good value at roughly $500 for three nights. The room itself was quiet (I stayed in Room 1 and heard almost nothing), and the pool area was nice, though busy. Amenities were more limited than I expected—there was water, coffee, and herbal tea available, but I didn’t notice snacks, soft drinks, black tea, or sweeteners. If staying here, I’d recommend planning a grocery stop in advance. I was traveling without a car and found the location inconvenient for getting around, so keep that in mind if you rely on transit or rideshare. Tony was cordial and gave me a property walkthrough, but the overall atmosphere felt more self-directed than social. As a solo guest, I didn't feel especially integrated into the community dynamic and got the sense many guests already knew one another. Ultimately, it wasn’t the right fit for me at this price point. I personally preferred Sunburst Inn.

Tony has a beautiful house along with a fantastic pool and outside area. It's exactly like he says it is...a little gay boutique hotel. The room I stayed in during this trip was big, very clean and right off the pool. It was excellent. I would stay again, in fact I am in May and will stay here when in town visiting family. I am going to try a different room this time to see which one I like better for future trips. Tony, himself, is charming host and makes you feel welcome in his home.

Great clothing-optional spot in Phoenix. We usually look for places like this when we travel, and this was a good fit. Tony was very helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. My only criticism is that the listing does not exactly match the property's current appearance. The bedrooms, bathroom, and overall accommodations were accurate, but the photos of the pool area and the main interior/kitchen space seem like they may have been taken a few years ago. That said, the property was still nice, comfortable, and enjoyable. It just looks a bit different in its current state than it does in the photos. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Phoenix.

Very happy with the experience! The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing poolside and in the hot tub. The place is proximate to restaurants, grocery stores and other places. Easy access to downtown.

Second stay at Tony's and it was just as great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Phoenix.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. The Tony was fantastic—friendly, communicative, and clearly cares about their guests. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely book again and will!!
