Tony is a great host. I stayed in the RV, it was great. Got to meet and hangout w other guests which made my stay that much more enjoyable. Centrally located. Definitely will stay here again when I return back to Phoenix.

Tony's place is amazing and exactly as described. It was a great experience! The place was clean and the host is super nice. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard area. The RV was clean and very comfortable. Tony is an amazing host!

We stayed at Tony's House for 6 days. Tony was an awesome host. If we had questions about the area or activities he was very helpful. The B&B was very busy but we never felt like it was overcrowded or cramped. We will definitely be back.

The largest compliment I can give is I would stay there again in a flash. Very clean, and comfortable. Tony was friendly and always around when we needed him. Check in and checkout was very simple. Nice neighborhood.

Booked Tony's House for 5 days. I stayed in the RV, which is so fun & unique! The only issue was the bathroom is incredibly small (I'm slim). Even at 5'-10 I barely fit standing up in the shower. Not a problem because I used the outdoor shower most of the time! But if you're a bigger guy, definitely reconsider the RV. The water pressure was also not great. Otherwise Tony is super friendly & hospitable. He was kind enough to let us check out very late and drove us to the Rainbow Festival. 🏳‍🌈

Tony's House is unpretentious with all the amenities of a grand and cozy home. The location is perfect! The hot tub is soothing and was exactly what I needed to relax.

We wanted to have our favourite kind of stay, which is away from hotels and more connected to local hosts. Tony's House fit the bill nicely. Tony's communication, from booking, arrival, and departure, were always friendly, informative, and appreciated. He made sure it was very easy to find his place, house rules were clear and reasonable, and where everything was that we might need. Staying in the RV tickled us as we had fully self-contained amenities. The RV is stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and needed items so shopping wasn't urgent, but relaxed. It proved to be a fairly private space and we only needed to open the door to enjoy the ambiance of Tony's space and other guests. We knew January would be quieter, but always found other guests to have the most enjoyable chats with. The contained backyard feels private, welcoming, is well thought out with pool, double hot tubs, lots of loungers and seating, fully serviced bathroom and shower readily available. We initially selected Tony's House as he had a corner area to accommodate smokers. We began to "hunt and gather" on our explorations around Phoenix and had fun sharing meals with other guests also into "potluck" meals and social times while relaxing. The house works well giving guests easy and discrete access to their rooms and common spaces. The gates are electronic locks making coming and going very easy. Lots of parking, only blocks from major arteries made it an easy home base. We have to mention the ORANGES! Tony picks them from the trees on the property and had them available for great snacks throughout the day. Delicious! Tony is also a creative artist carefully crafting fun spaces throughout the property. He is also easy on the eyes!
