2. Occupancy and Visitors
- The reservation is exclusively for you, and visitors of any kind are not allowed in the unit.
3. Quiet Hours and Neighborhood Respect
- Please respect quiet hours:
- Weekdays: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Weekends: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM.
- Avoid loud noises such as dragging furniture or playing music/TV at high volumes.
4. No Smoking and No Drugs/Illegal Substances
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Please use the designated outdoor area if necessary.
- Drugs or illegal substances, as per Brazilian law, are strictly prohibited in the condominium/apartment.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
6. Care for the Space
- Treat the property as if it were your own home.
- Use only liquid detergent in the washing machine.
- Report any damage immediately so we can resolve it in the best way possible.
7. Common Areas and Amenities
- Swimming Pool: Available from Tuesday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (closed on Mondays for maintenance).
