Enjoy a peaceful yet centrally located home in a vibrant and safe neighborhood. The apartment, a traditional Copenhagen building from 1902, is on the 2nd floor without a lift. It is 86 m2 in total, and I share it with two roommates. Your private room is 13 m2. Be aware that this is a shared space so the price is cheaper. I will offer you my bed while I'm Sleeping on the couch in the same room.
The area is lively and well-connected, close to buses, the Metro, city life, shopping, attractions, and a large park. It’s also near the GAY area and a trendy hipster district with plenty of options. While the apartment is lively and social, it remains peaceful at night.
You are welcome to use the rooftop terrace and barbecue when the weather allows, or relax in the courtyard, where you'll find cozy corners and tables to hang out.

Nudity is allowed in their apartment. No loud music or parties in the apartment without prior agreement with the host. And it must be quiet, especially on weekdays between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. It's 100% non-smoking apartment you need to go to the rooftop Terrace or to the street to smoke. You are also not allowed to smoke out of the windows or on the staircases in the building. You're also not allowed to bring any pets.

Lars is kind to let the guest sleep in his bed while he sleeps on the couch. The flat is clean even though you share it with roommates. Great place to stay with a local for a couple of days. The metro is very close and you can reach the city centre pretty quickly.
