1. Bringing visitors over to your room, even for short visits, is not allowed.
2. Please stick to the check out time (11 am) because the cleaners are pre-scheduled after your check out.
3. Alcohol is allowed. Smoking, vaping, fourtwenty etc. not allowed inside, but they’re allowed on the balcony area (while the doors are shut to avoid residual smells from getting inside). No parties, loud music, or hard drugs allowed or tolerated.
4. SAFETY: The front door must be locked at all times. Always double check you’ve locked it after entering or exiting the property. Exhaust fan and any electric appliances must be turned off while not in use (please seek instructions from host upon first use).
Maintaining safety, respect, and privacy for both of us is essential. The same applies to your interactions with any neighbours or building personnel while using the building facilities.
