Ennio and Giuseppe were such wonderful hosts! Despite my short stay, they both gave me a very warm welcome and tips of what to do in the area. The location was perfect for me, and the room and facilities were just what I needed. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Bologna!

Ennio and Albert were lovely hosts and the place was just what I needed. It's very close to the train station, so a perfect place to be if you want to day-trip from Bologna. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and private. Albert is a fantastic cook and I definitely suggest opting in to some meals at the place. Would definitely stay here again. It felt like I was staying with friends.

There's a homey feel here. There's an air of friendship, tranquility and warmth. After ten minutes Ennio feels like someone you've known for ten years. The room he offers you is not only spacious and quiet, with an extraordinarily comfortable double mattress (the secret behind which he only reveals to guests), but it's the entire atmosphere that puts you at ease and makes you feel like an old, cherished friend. I chose this accommodation at random; I couldn't have been luckier! Thank you for everything. ❤

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Ennio and Joseph. The room is very large and comfortable. Great space with a little balcony to sit outside and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood views. One of the most amazing parts is the quick access to the train station. Its only about a block from the station so getting luggage to the apartment was really easy! The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet considering its close access to the trains. There is a beautiful coffee and bakery shop right downstairs. I went in every day and got to know the team there so that was a huge bonus to get the day started. It is the perfect location to begin exploring Bologna. But the hospitality from Ennio is what made my experience so wonderful. I will definitely return and stay again. Grazie Ennio!!!

The house is spotlessly clean, easy to reach and in a strategic location. The room is very spacious and tastefully furnished. Ennio and Giuseppe are fabulous hosts who made me feel at home immediately, and I spent truly pleasant moments with them. Their cooking and massages are a must-try. I will definitely return!

Perfect location, especially for those arriving by train, just a stone's throw from the station, and at the same time on a quiet street with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is large and welcoming, as are the very friendly hosts, with whom we had an interesting conversation and who are also very discreet; an address to keep in mind!

Ennio and Giuseppe are exceptional hosts. You can feel at home and you have your own privacy with your own bathroom and a key. I strongly recommend to order a dinner to Ennio. He is a marvelous cook. More than food, it is love. Ennio is a good massagist too. He has his own table and after you can relax in your room The room is very well located (10 mn from the railway station or from the two gay saunas of Bologna, 20 mn from the Piazza Maggiore) At Ennio's home, it is more than 5 stars
