The house, located on the 3rd floor, is very quiet. You can walk to the historical center (10 min ). The gay scene is also within walking distance: the first gay sauna in Bologna, the disco/bar "il Cassero", the bar " The jar." The tourist tax has to be paid to the host.

Great location - 10 minutes to rail station. Very new, clean apartment. Had the place to ourselves - didn't meet host, Giuseppe. Great communication, including videos for helpful self check-in. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was next to the two separate bedrooms. A great stay and I would return again when visiting Bologna.

Giuseppe was very punctual, precise and welcoming, despite his absence. The room and apartment are exactly as he describes them online and I felt very comfortable and at ease in his home. The apartment is very quiet, spacious, bright and clean. I appreciated the independent bathroom. Giuseppe is responsive to requests very quickly. I think I'll be back.

Great apartment. Very very close to the central train station and a 15 minute walk to the main attractions and great restaurants. Giuseppe constantly checked on me ! Great guy! Fabulous host

Giuseppe's flat is amazing. Very close to Bologna Central station and a quick fast train to the airport. Old town is a quick walk. Giuseppe provides recommendations and video instruction on how to locate and access the flat. Very clean place. He made me feel right at home.

The appartment is stunning, very well equipped. As a guest you will have your own bathroom which is very convenient. Very close to train station. Two balconies ! A/C in bedroom. Giuseppe welcomed me and gave me precious tips to enjoy the city of Bologna which is beautiful. I recommend renting the bedroom.
