My apartment consists of two rooms: my bedroom and a guest room with a kitchen. It’s fully equipped with a shower, toilet, fridge, air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The room I offer is a walk-through, but since I live alone, I believe it won’t be a problem. It’s a small, but beautiful apartment located in a historic building in Prague, just a short walk from Charles Bridge.

There’s a café right in the building where you can have breakfast or enjoy a coffee with a view of Charles Bridge. Additionally, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

This is my first time trying myself in this role, so I’m both excited and a little nervous. It’s difficult to set specific rules at this stage, as I believe they will evolve over time. For now, the most important rules are: • Keep the space clean and tidy. • Respect “noční klid” (quiet hours) and be considerate of the neighbors. • Be understanding of my schedule. I spend a lot of time at work, so this is something you’ll have to accept. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

WOW! First of all, the location is amazing. You step out the front door, and you're practically on the historic Charles bridge. You can walk to all the sights. The apartment itself is modern. The pull out sofa is super comfy. And Dmitrii is such an amazing host. An absolute sweetheart, always wanting to make sure I was comfortable. He delivered... and then some!

The apartment is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Dimitri. From the first moment, he made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Definitely recommend. Beautiful place in a great central location. Dmitrii came home to welcome me and made me feel comfortable straight away. I looked for a clothing optional place specifically, and this was also a great match from stepping into the house. The place was very clean and cosy and Dmitrii did everything to make my stay pleasurable. Would definitely come back if I visit Prague again.
