One of the largest rooms on ********, designed for comfort during your stay in Prague. Located on the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice — vibrant neighborhoods popular with both locals and expats. Close to the lively city center, yet just far enough to avoid the busiest and most overpriced tourist spots. Only a 20-minute walk to the National Museum or 5 minutes by tram to Náměstí Míru, with excellent connections to the rest of the city.
e room is located in a spacious 160 sqm, four-bedroom apartment with a layout perfectly suited for ********. You’ll enjoy a high level of privacy and will hardly notice other guests in the apartment.
The room is simply furnished but equipped with everything you may need for your stay: a queen-size bed, wardrobe, table and chairs for meals, and a TV. Fresh towels and all essential bathroom amenities are provided.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if you decide to cook. Tea and coffee are available free of charge at any time. A small supermarket is located just around the corner.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, and the bathroom assigned to your room is shared only with guests from the room directly opposite.
A washing machine is also available for your use for a small fee.

Born in 1975 in Pilsen, Czech Republic, but moved to the capital, Prague at the age of 21. For three fun-filled years, I explored and experienced everything that Prague’s gay scene had to offer, before moving on to Tel Aviv – arguably one of the world’s coolest gay scenes in its own right. Four action-packed years later it was time to wander further afield: this time spending months in Thailand and then in Indonesia.
Even the happy wanderer settles down occasionally, and so it was that I came to spend just under 10 years living in London. Fortunately, London is a global hub and that made it easy for me to make frequent trips to other amazing cities like Los Angeles, racking up the frequent flyer miles (and the American boyfriends to go with it!)
Sometimes the best thing to do with all that experience is bring it home and share it with the people and places you know best. That’s why I relocated back to a bustling and vibrant Prague in 2013, discovering a bigger and even better gay scene than the one he left behind.
Having worked in world-famous casinos since 1997, I knows exactly what the exceptional customer experience should look and feel like. The apartment is located on the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice, a safe and open-minded residential area. Prague’s LGBTQ+ scene is smaller than in cities like Berlin or Madrid, but it is welcoming and easy to access, with most venues in or near the city centre.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Use of the washing machine is available for a €3 fee, and €5 including the dryer, to cover detergents, softener and energy costs. 1. No smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere in the building, including from the windows. A €100 penalty applies for any violation of this rule. Smoking is permitted only outside on the street. 2. Local accommodation fee In accordance with Czech law and Foreign Police regulations, a local accommodation and city tax of 60 CZK (€2.50) per person per night applies and is not included in the reservation price. This fee is collected in ******** upon arrival. Small change is appreciated. Payment in euros is also accepted. 3. Liability The accommodation provider is not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by guests during their stay or in connection with the property. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children. 4. Keys A €50 fee applies for lost keys, as the locks must be replaced to ensure security for all guests. 5. Everything is very nice. The room is super big and very clean I was suprised how big it is actually so amazing. It's not very central but very close by there are metro stations. The only little thing is the communication regarding check in I didn't get it until half an hour before checking in which made it a bit stressful for me because of the planning. But maybe it's just me and I'm a pre planner so in generell everything was amazing.

The room is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It is a very nice and quiet place to stay. The bathroom is clean as well as all the house. Vaclav pays much attention to guests' comfort so all was perfect. He is also an excellent host and communication was easy. I definitely will book again next time I visit Prague.

My experience: - Filmed on host's mobile, coming out of my bedroom on a number of occasions! - Often found the (windowless) hallway light off when I was exiting the toilet, even though I had switched it on going in. Bit creepy! - Host changed his mind and refused to allow guests over - Was given anti-bed wetting sheets on one occasion - Host kept on going to into my room to use a storage cupboard until I asked for requests in writing (at which point it instantly stopped) - And so much more!

Room is bright, clean and well decorated. Sharing a bathroom was occasionally a problem and for some reason they insist on keeping the entryway dark. One nightlight would fix. Our ride from the airport wasn't free, but our flight was delayed. Convenient to tram stop in beautiful non touristy area. Vaclav never present, but responsive via mrbnb message.

Vaclav's place is very near the city center, just 2 bus stops away. His place is very luxurious and spacious and he was kind enough to allow me to check in later :) i had much fun in Prag thanks to Vaclav and will definitely come back to stay again if Im in Prague!

We loved our stay. The room was exactly as described and flawless. Parking was much more difficult in the evenings, but free on the street. Vaclav was an excellent host...around when you needed him, but quiet and not intrusive. Highly recommended
