One of the largest rooms on ********, designed for comfort during your stay in Prague. Located on the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice — vibrant neighborhoods popular with both locals and expats. Close to the lively city center, yet just far enough to avoid the busiest and most overpriced tourist spots. Only a 20-minute walk to the National Museum or 5 minutes by tram to Náměstí Míru, with excellent connections to the rest of the city.
e room is located in a spacious 160 sqm, four-bedroom apartment with a layout perfectly suited for ********. You’ll enjoy a high level of privacy and will hardly notice other guests in the apartment.
The room is simply furnished but equipped with everything you may need for your stay: a queen-size bed, wardrobe, table and chairs for meals, and a TV.
Fresh towels and all essential bathroom amenities are provided.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if you decide to cook. Tea and coffee are available free of charge at any time.
A small supermarket is located just around the corner.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, and the bathroom assigned to your room is shared only with guests from the room directly opposite.
A washing machine is also available for your use for a small fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere in the building, including from the windows.
A €100 penalty applies for any violation of this rule.
Smoking is permitted only outside on the street.
2. Local accommodation fee
In accordance with Czech law and Foreign Police regulations, a local accommodation and city tax of 60 CZK (€2.50) per person per night applies and is not included in the reservation price.
