Located at the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice — a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood popular with locals and expats. A perfect balance between authentic local living and easy access to the city center.
The National Museum is a 20-minute walk away, and Náměstí Míru just 5 minutes by tram.
Excellent public transport, cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby.
The room is in huge 160sqm, 4 bedroom apartment that is with its layout perfect for ********. You won't even know someone else is the apartment.
The room is furnished simply, but with everything you may need for your travels. Queen size double bed, chest of drawers, chairs and table to have your meal at, stand for your clothes, TV.
We will provide you with towels and all the essentials in the bathroom.
There is fully fitted kitchen with all the equipment you may need if you decide to cook. Tea and coffee is available to you at any time free of charge..
Small supermarket is just around the corner.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment and you will be sharing yours with me only, when I am in the apartment.
There is also washing machine in the apartment available for you to use for a small fee.

I travel frequently and often offer my rooms while I am away, so we may not meet in person. However, I am always available ******** phone and happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

1. No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere in the building, including from the windows.
A €100 penalty applies for any violation of this rule.
Smoking is permitted only outside on the street.
2. Local accommodation fee
In accordance with Czech law and Foreign Police regulations, a local accommodation and city tax of 60 CZK (€2.50) per person per night applies and is not included in the reservation price.
This fee is collected in ******** upon arrival. Small change is appreciated. Payment in euros is also accepted.
3. Liability
The accommodation provider is not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by guests during their stay or in connection with the property.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children.
