A stylish and cozy bedroom in a thoughtfully maintained apartment, ideal for a calm and comfortable stay in Prague. Located at the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice — a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood popular with locals and expats. A perfect balance between authentic local living and easy access to the city center. The National Museum is a 20-minute walk away, and Náměstí Míru just 5 minutes by tram. Excellent public transport, cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby.
The room is in huge 160sqm, 4 bedroom apartment that is with its layout perfect for ********. You won't even know someone else is the apartment.
The room is furnished simply, but with everything you may need for your travels. Queen size double bed, chest of drawers, chairs and table to have your meal at, stand for your clothes, TV. We will provide you with towels and all the essentials in the bathroom.
There is fully fitted kitchen with all the equipment you may need if you decide to cook. Tea and coffee is available to you at any time free of charge.. Small supermarket is just around the corner.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment and you will be sharing yours with me only, when I am in the apartment.
There is also washing machine in the apartment available for you to use for a small fee.

I travel frequently and often offer my rooms while I am away, so we may not meet in person. However, I am always available ******** phone and happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

Born in 1975 in Pilsen, Czech Republic, but moved to the capital, Prague at the age of 21. For three fun-filled years, I explored and experienced everything that Prague’s gay scene had to offer, before moving on to Tel Aviv – arguably one of the world’s coolest gay scenes in its own right. Four action-packed years later it was time to wander further afield: this time spending months in Thailand and then in Indonesia.
Even the happy wanderer settles down occasionally, and so it was that I came to spend just under 10 years living in London. Fortunately, London is a global hub and that made it easy for me to make frequent trips to other amazing cities like Los Angeles, racking up the frequent flyer miles (and the American boyfriends to go with it!)
Sometimes the best thing to do with all that experience is bring it home and share it with the people and places you know best. That’s why I relocated back to a bustling and vibrant Prague in 2013, discovering a bigger and even better gay scene than the one he left behind.
Having worked in world-famous casinos since 1997, I knows exactly what the exceptional customer experience should look and feel like. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Use of the washing machine is available for a €3 fee, and €5 including the dryer, to cover detergents, softener and energy costs. 1. No smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere in the building, including from the windows. A €100 penalty applies for any violation of this rule. Smoking is permitted only outside on the street. 2. Local accommodation fee In accordance with Czech law and Foreign Police regulations, a local accommodation and city tax of 60 CZK (€2.50) per person per night applies and is not included in the reservation price. This fee is collected in ******** upon arrival. Small change is appreciated. Payment in euros is also accepted. 3. Liability The accommodation provider is not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by guests during their stay or in connection with the property. Vaclav is an experienced host who makes you feel welcome. He was very helpful whenever we needed it. Although we were out and about most of the time, the place felt like home to us. We would love to stay with him again when we are in Prague.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The apartment is located in a nice residential area with easy access to the city center. The host was helpful and communication was smooth. I definitely recommend this place.

The room is very well decorated and functional, the bedding very comfortable. We appreciated the quality of the service. Despite his absence, Vaclav is very responsive with check-in and tenant needs. Although the apartment is not located in the heart of Prague, transportation is easily accessible.

A wonderful place to stay in Prague. The room was fantastic and the location great. Never met Vaclav in person but he was great at offering advice and self check-in was easy. Great value for money.

Vaclav's home was very clean and in a good location, just walking distance from most of Prague. Vaclav was very helpful and communicative, even when away. I also had no problems checking in or out. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience! The room was cozy and super clean. Vaclav shared really clear instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. The place is in a good spot with quick access to trams and the city center. Would definitely stay again!

Vaclav is a very friendly and helpful guy. All went very well, check in, helpful with questions we had. The room is beautiful, bed very comfortable - we slept super good. Everything is very clean. Good connection to Public transport to the city center, super markets and small restaurants close by the house. We enjoyed the golden city a lot, but also the apartment & Vaclav's very professional relaxing massage services. We highly recommend & will be back for sure 🫶🏼🌈🙋🏼♂🙋🏽♂thx Vaclav
