Hello, in order to ensure that you have a pleasant stay and that the neighborhood is nice to you, we kindly ask you to observe a few additional rules in our house: Outdoor area: We love you to enjoy our outdoor space! We just ask that you respect the quiet hours (from 10pm to 7am), avoiding noises that might disturb the neighbors, such as loud music or loud conversations. Smoking is allowed outside. We want you to feel at home, but we ask you to take special care with our bedding and furniture. To avoid stains and other unforeseen circumstances, please do not eat on the bed or sofa. We also inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Conscious Consumption: We value sustainability and we count on your collaboration! Please make conscious use of water and air conditioning. When you leave, make sure the air conditioning is off and avoid wasting water while showering and other activities.
