This unique home has a 3 bed 2.5 bath layout with an open floor plan as well as an updated kitchen, heated pool with surrounding greenery reaching 20+ feet tall for privacy, and a billiards room.

Being in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale you will be minutes from many highly sought after city areas and beaches!

The space Each bedroom has its own unique color scheme and artwork, as well as 12" green tea memory foam mattresses and multiple styles of pillows to choose from. The 4th bed is a queen sized pullout from the living room couch.

Each bedroom, the living room, and billiards room has its own smart TV that you can use to watch your favorite apps. You will be logged out upon departure.

The master bathroom has a freshly remodeled walk-in shower, the second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The third is a washroom connected to the billiards room.

The kitchen is outfitted with anything you may need for a night in of cooking, baking, or grilling on the BBQ in the backyard, as well as a coffee station.

There are miscellaneous board games in the living room for a rainy day, as well as darts, billiards, and corn hole available for your enjoyment.

The pool is outfitted with a heater. Please note that if you would like to use the heating element for the pool there is a small fee based on the number of nights of your stay.

ouse Rules Noise Ordinance in Wilton Manors calls for quiet hours outdoors between 10pm and 8am. Please respect the area while you are visiting as there are working neighbors surrounding the home that wake up early on weekdays. If we receive a noise complaint your party may be asked to leave the ******** without a refund. Smoking tobacco/nicotine is allowed outdoors away from outdoor cushions. please do not smoke inside. If we smell smoke after your visit, you are subject to a fine of $200 for us to get the smell out of the furniture. Please treat the home as your own during your stay, but please be respectful in doing so. If you move it, put it back, if you break it, fix it, if you dirty it, clean it. I want this visit to be an amazing experience for all involved, but taking an extra moment to make sure the house is left in an acceptable standard after your stay would be greatly appreciated. If you use the grill, please turn off the propane and the burners before you leave the area. And please clean the grill grates. If you use the citronella candles at all make sure you are outside with them while they are burning, and put them out with the metal cap when you leave the area. Please do not leave any doors open that lead outside. Please do not play darts/pool if you are intoxicated for your safety as well as the safety of the equipment and house. Please use the black makeup towels in the bathroom cabinets for makeup removal. Front and Living Rooms The front room holds the dining room table. Please use coasters for any drinks set on the table and the plate pads for any food that is brought to the table. Feel free to use the table to play games or to work. But please do not play any games that could cause a spilled drink on the table. The couch in the living room can be converted to a queen pull out bed. The sheets and pillows for the bed can be found in the cabinet under the TV to the left. The cabinet under the TV to the right holds a variety of card games and board games. Please avoid eating or drinking anything that could stain the couch on the couch. The television is a smart TV that you can log in to your streaming accounts on. You will be logged out upon checkout.
