Nice cosy flat in a quiet street in a quiet building, just 2 flats, very close to the ' Gare du Sud'.

Price for long periods is negotiable. Please ask for more information.

You'll have your own bathroom. The kitchen is shared with me and possibly another occupant. Kitchen is not available for cooking dinner or lunch. Only heat a meal if you need + coffee and tea. Unless you're here for more than a week. You'll be 15 min walk from Nice Ville train station and about half and hour to the beach. Or you can catch the tram right round the corner and then it's about riding 5 min + 5 min walk.
