Very cosy apartment located 100m from the cinema, Francheville hospital, restaurants, bakery and more (less than 5 minutes' walk).
Ideally located, not far from the historic heart of Périgueux.
One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.
Living room/kitchen, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils, washing machine).
Coffee (Nespresso) and tea (electric kettle) corner with first pod (coffee, tea and sugar).
Very pleasant bathroom with beautiful materials (hairdryer, shampoo).
Bed linen and towels provided.
Cooking condiments (salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil).
Cleaning supplies.
TV with Free Wi-Fi box (fiber).
Independent arrival and departure (key box with code).
There are no set-up times, and arrival can be made any day from 2pm and departure before 11am.
Bottle of champagne available on request.
