Welcome to “The Vibe Lab” at Elixir House
Elixir is more than just the name of the house. It reflects the experience of the space itself: immersive, calming, energizing, and designed to help you shift into whatever vibe you’re seeking.
This cozy private bedroom inside our newly built modern home was intentionally crafted to create an immersive experience. With customizable mood lighting, curated sound, and a calming aesthetic, the space can shift from high-energy vibes to peaceful serenity depending on your mood.
The room includes a private attached full bathroom with both a shower and bath, along with a smart TV and immersive audio setup that makes music, movies, and ambient sound feel rich and cinematic.
Guests also have access to our shared modern kitchen for cooking meals, making drinks, or enjoying late-night snacks.
Outside, the experience continues. Relax in the hot tub under the stars, unwind on the swing, or enjoy quiet moments beside the romantic rose bench in our backyard oasis. The spacious patio also features a fire pit and grill, creating the perfect setting for conversations, music, or simply slowing down.
Surrounded by greenery and tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, the home offers a relaxing escape while still being a short drive from downtown attractions, nightlife, and dining.
Our friendly dog may also stop by to say hello and welcome you to the space 🐾

Fantastic! Highly recommend. Beautiful couple with an exquisite home. Loved the small things: chargers everywhere, chill music surround sound, focused lighting: all first class. Positive vibe was so relaxing I felt like we were all old friends! Will def stay again.

My stay at this beautiful home was on par with my experience at a Ritz-Carlton. Mrinal and Prashath gave me a tour of their home. The personalization, art, and energy filled me with an overwhelming sense of joy. The conversation over dinner was deep and personal. In the morning, I was greeted with a tasty cup of coffee and enjoyed the rest of my stay with this beautiful couple. This was a part of my birthday celebration I didn't know I needed. To say I recommend this place would be a loud yes!

This is an exceptional experience! I stayed one night, and I was very comfortable in the space and had a really lovely time getting to know the hosts. They are both extremely kind, generous, and thoughtful, which showed in everything from their communication leading up to my stay to their invitation to me to join them for dinner. They have put so much thought and effort into curating and designing their beautiful home as well - it feels luxurious and cozy at the same time. I hope to stay again!

This beautiful, dynamic duo has a wonderful space with elegant and stunning design in their home. I felt very welcomed and at home in their space. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place as they travel to Dallas!!

I don't use Misterb&b all that often, but I'm SOOOOO GLAD I stayed at this place for a weekend for a concert. Not only the place was beautiful, clean, and just feels fun to be in with all the lights, but I also got to hang out with both Mrinal and Prasanth and some of their many friends during my stay. I just made several new friends in Dallas and now, I have more reasons to visit more often! 😅 And they also help me with my concert outfit. In other words, I just spent the weekend at a couple of cool friends' place! 😄

Where to begin. Had a wonderful time. The conversations were so warm and comfortable. A couple times during my stay I forgot that I was renting a room. It felt more like visiting old friends. Beautiful place and beautiful hosts. Thank you again. So didn't want to leave!
