Welcome to Our Home – Please Read Our House Rules We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is comfortable, safe, and respectful. Please take a moment to review the house rules below: 1. No Parties or Large Gatherings To maintain a peaceful environment and protect the home, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If you plan to have any visitors during your stay, please reach out for prior approval. Unapproved gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 2. All Guests Must Be Registered Your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests staying overnight. Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property overnight. If this changes, please update your reservation or contact us. Unregistered guests may result in a violation of the house rules. 3. Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This helps us maintain good relationships with neighbors and ensures a restful environment for all. 4. Smoking & Vaping Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $250 fee will be charged for evidence of indoor smoking. 5. Pet Policy Pets are allowed only with prior approval and require a $130 flat fee per pet. • Pets may not roam freely or be left unattended inside the house. • Unregistered pets will result in a $250 fee and may lead to early termination of your stay. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, including fur and waste. 6. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-In: 4:00 PM or later • Check-Out: by 11:00 AM Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are not guaranteed. 7. Cleanliness & Supplies The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and comes with a starter kit. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay. We kindly ask you to leave the house tidy upon check-out. 8. Property Use This is a private single-family home, and you will be the only guests staying on the property. Please treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own. Any damage, missing items, or rule violations may result in additional charges. 9. Communication All communication must be handled through the Misterb&b platform.
