To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following house rules: • Maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. • Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors. • No parties, events, or gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the guest house. • No candles, incense, or open flames. • No pets, except legally recognized service animals. • Please park only in the designated parking area inside the property. • Keep doors and windows securely closed whenever you leave. • Please use the furniture, appliances, linens, and beach equipment responsibly. • Report any damage or maintenance issue as soon as possible. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. • Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Before checkout, please place trash in the designated bins, wash or load used dishes, turn off lights and appliances, and make sure the door is securely locked.
