【The best location for LGBT】Singlebed×2 room (Owner stay another room)

I really enjoyed Junya's apartment. It is conveniently located near Shinjuku Ni Chome and easy to go to and from. I found electric scooters and bike nearby which made moving even easier. He was very helpful all the time and accommodated my needs, especially laundry option.

Location, location, location-excellent (all around). We would recommend IT! Clean, convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants, bars and shopping. Host was polite, informative, while allowing space/privacy.

Junya was an excellent host and was so accomodating. The room was clean and private. The location was perfect for accessing great food, bars, and public transport. We felt very welcome and at home and was a nice way to relax at the end of our long Japan trip

I had an amazing stay at Junya's place! The location is unbeatable! It's close to all the main attractions and public transport. The room was very comfortable and exactly as described in the photos. We stayed at the queen room in Junya's for four nights. Junya was communicative and kind, and made everything a breeze! We chose this spot due to its proximity to Nichome bars, and it was perfect for that. There's also easy access to conbini, drug stores, and two train stations. We were walking distance from Shinjuku Gyoen National Park. The bedroom is small but comfortable, and he allowed us to put luggage in the living room as well, which was a big help. The shower room was very nice. It was a perfect home base for our time in Tokyo.

Highly recommend this place! The host is super welcoming and made sure we had a smooth experience. We especially loved the local tips—the restaurants and spots they suggested were the highlights of our trip. The room was very clean, cozy, and had all the essentials provided. We felt right at home and will definitely be back next time!

Junya's apartment is exactly as he describes it and just like the photos. I really enjoyed staying at his place. The location is excellent—close to everything: the gym, bars, restaurants, entertainment, and the subway. Junya supported me with everything I needed, especially since I only speak basic Japanese. I highly recommend his place.

We had no trouble finding and entering the accommodation. We only stayed one night, and we didn't meet our host. The bedroom bed is large and comfortable. It's the place to stay to be just steps away from the gay district but also a fairly central location for public transportation.

Junya has been a wonderful and helpful host when we were planning our first visit to Tokyo, directions to get to his place from the Haneda Airport we're greatly appreciated. Great options nearby for dinner options, and plenty of Gay Bars. The location is perfect with 24 hr Convenience Store across the street and an amazing modern Supermarket just 2 minutes away. The Shinjuku Gyoenmae Train station, Botanical Garden and Gay bars are all a short walk and about 20 minutes walking to the Shinjuku Train Station.
