Just far enough from Shinjuku Station and all that noise. But just close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. The room is comfortable with a very practical bathroom."

When I arrived, Masato carefully explained how to use the facilities in the house, and Jason gave me a warm hug. Every day when Jason and Masato saw me, they always greet me warmly. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and relaxed, just like at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience a wonderful B&B stay in Tokyo"

He met me at the Shinjuku Station and helped me get a physical train card from the tellers. He had such a comfortable home, bed, toilet, lounge area, across the street from 24 hr convenience store! QUIET neighborhood! 15-20 min walk from major stations.
I appreciate Yasu for opening his home to us online. It's spaces like his that makes me feel grateful that these listings exist for us gay guys. Especially solo travelers who need a safe space to sleep while we explore. Thank you forever Yasu!!"

Each breakfast is different and delicately prepared. So it's delicious but also a pleasure for the eyes. And the advice and recommendations are relevant and very useful. The check-in went very smoothly, Akira's instructions are very clear. The apartment is very clean, but there were much more furniture than in the photos (Akira will explain why ;-). And our best moment in Tokyo was organized by Akira and his spouse, who took us to a great restaurant and then to get ice cream. We had a wonderful evening all together, it was really kind of them to spend so much time with us. Thank you Akira, I hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you one day in the land of the Loire Valley Castles!"
