The Reveal
Our place is close to the city center, Tokyo's gay district, parks, and the train! It's a modern, recently built, 3-floor house. The guest room and its half bath are on the first floor, the living, dining and kitchen on the second, and our room, bathing area and extra toilet on the third. It's a 4 minute walk from Nishishinjuku-gochome station on the Oedo Line or you can walk further to Shinjuku Station.

Definitely one of my highlights of my trip. Comfortable and safe space. Easy to navigate to and from - accessible to main attractions and chill neighborhoods.

This is the 2nd time I'm leaving a comment on this place. I'm going to try one last time. I found this location very well situated. Just far enough from Shinjuku Station and all that noise. But just close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. The room is comfortable with a very practical bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Koichi's place and truly appreciate the warm hospitality. The location is very convenient with great access to public transportation, and the location from the room was fantastic. Koichi also gave me a lot of helpful tips for traveling around Tokyo, which made my trip so much easier. I really enjoyed our lovely conversation, and I'm leaving with such wonderful memories.

Really great place - near to a subway station, but I enjoyed walking to Shinjuku and exploring the area especially the Shinjuku Chuo park ('central park") Koishi-san was great as a host and gave good recommendations.

A wonderful host who went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and insider tips for exploring Tokyo and Japan. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with easy access to the train and a lovely walk to the heart of Shinjuku on a nice day. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and well-considered. I would absolutely return here on my next trip to Tokyo highly recommend! Thank you Koichi for a lovely stay

Koichi was a very kind host who gave us recommendations of places to go and eat during our stay. The place was clean, comfy and perfectly located (walking distance to a nearby train station). Koichi made my first trip to Japan an extremely accomodating one and I would 100% recommend his stay to other travellers :)

The room is located on the ground floor of Koichi's house on a very quiet street. Very friendly and welcoming host. The metro is 5~10 mins walk away, close proximity to Shinjuku and many good restaurants within walking distance of the house. 20 mins walk from Kobukicho and large department stores. I highly recommend Koichi's house, the shared kitchen is on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the 3rd, perfectly quiet street.

Koichi was a wonderful host! Communication before arrival was excellent and the check in details were super clear. He was very kind and made us feel at home. The bedroom was perfect with its own private WC and the shower upstairs was super clean. The location was pretty convenient too for sightseeing and gay nightlife. Definitely recommend staying here

I had a wonderful stay at Koichi's place. He made very good recommendations for dinner and activities and was always very helpful. It was very lovely to get to know him, he really made me feel like home! The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and very well located! I would really love to stay with him next time I visit Tokyo!
