Hello! Thank you for viewing my vacation rental. This place is perfect for your stay in Tokyo, offering both comfort and convenience.
The nearest station is Nakano-Sakaue Station, just an 8-minute walk away. It’s very easy to access Shinjuku and Shibuya, making it ideal for sightseeing and shopping. Additionally, it’s only 3 stops to Shinjuku Ni-chome, so it’s a very convenient location for a fun night out in the gay district.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. It’s a two-story house, offering a homely and cozy feeling. The interior is non-smoking, and we focus on cleanliness, ensuring you have a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for self-catering. Free Wi-Fi is available, so it’s convenient for both work and gathering information about sightseeing. The bath and toilet are separate, ensuring privacy and providing a relaxing space.
The room has a double bed, with futon, pillows, and sheets provided, so you can enjoy a restful sleep. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available, making it convenient for long-term stays.
A 7-Eleven is just a 2-minute walk away, so you won’t have any trouble with last-minute shopping. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for casual dining.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to adjust the check-in or check-out time, please feel free to let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

A very beautiful area with plenty of amenities. The host couple was very nice and helpful and knew a lot about the local area including bars and restaurants. Fabulous experience, highly recommended.

Kyle and Robert were the nicest guys ever. Kyle is quite the character and Robert knows everything to do with the best possible instructions. He also makes the best coffee ever. Their home is lovely. The room is spacious and so comfortable and the area is very quiet yet central. We even went out a few times. I feel like I've made new friends and hope to see them again soon on the travel trails or in Tokyo. Tokyo itself was mind blowing; clean, quiet, efficient, stunning history and incredible food. If you are going to Tokyo you must stay with Kyle and Robert!!

Dear all at misterbnb platform my review is excellent about Kyle house in one of the best locations in Tokio. Communication and check in was easy and fast, the house is modern and cozy, even had my favorite bathtub. My stay was pleasant I had my privacy but also through Kyle's family and friends I learned and experienced about what Japanese customs should I know, specially my first visit in Japan, I even wanted to extend my stay at Kyle's home and definitely will book again. Accurate safe and modern.

This has got to be one of the most laidback bnb stays. The place is ideal for rest (esp. after a long walk/exploration of Nakano; do not miss walking around Nabeyayokocho, too). Great place and location. Got to recharge well. Thank you, Kyle and Robert.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We loved our stay at Kyle's place 😊 The space was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect for getting around Tokyo. Kyle was very kind and always made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it 🙌
