I am originally from Brazil, I have now lived in Japan for 15 years. I have a degree in hospitality, and I have been hosting guests in Tokyo since 2011. I am very friendly and easy-going, and I am always looking for new opportunities in the hostel business. Right now I have a few great apartments in Shinjuku, Roppongi and Shibuya in Japan. which is one of the most convenient places in Tokyo for travelers. Shinjuku station is central to the expansive network of trains in the Tokyo area, making it fast, cheap, and easy to travel almost anywhere. I am also renting my new penthouse in Spain and one small flat in London and in Brazil. In addition the apartments I have, I can also sometimes rent my friends' apartments short-term while they are traveling. With this unique situation, we can make some great deals! This space is magnificent and the price is incredible! It takes minutes to get to the closest Shinjuku sanchome station gate or the club area. It's exactly what the pictures show, small but has everything in it, clean and tidy. Quiet at night. Checking in/out was very easy. signs are in Japanese, English, and sometimes Chinese. And plenty of cute delicious little restaurants around, many with multi language auto ordering machines. I'll definitely stay here if I go to Japan again.

The location is just perfect. Super close to subway station golden-gai bar district, walking distance to neighborhood with lots of clubs. Easy check-in, comfy bed and small balcony. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Taise's spot is clean and well equipped. It has the distinction of being very affordable, centrally located and super quiet, a rare combo. Taise was very friendly and responsive host. I'd be happy here again.

Great location and comfortable space! The place is near a lot of nice food and convenience stores, a short walk from a couple train stations, and in an area that isn't too loud or busy. The place itself is comfortable for one person (a little tight for two) and has what you need (though no bidet!), a good value for the price. Taise was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. The balcony was a nice amenity for a little airflow and light (not direct sunlight), which was nice to keep open since it wasn't too loud outside.

Taise was a great host. She's very attentive to your request. Her place is very convenient. Bus stop in front of the building. Nearby is a sunday flea market for those who love to explore antiques and vintage stuff. Highly recommended.

The apartment was super cozy and cute! So close to Shinjuku station and have a los of convenience stores around such as 7:11, FamilyMart and more. The laundry service was so nice as well. Night live around is great and the neighbourhood is good. Taise (the owner) was so nice. Totally recommended to anyone who wants to visit Tokio and be close to everything. Also who travels alone like myself.
