The build is residencial, staying here you will be near the business area like Paulista Avenue. The flat accommodates 3 guests. Since there is only one double bed, we have single built in bed, (spare bed), please look at our pictures. It comes with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including your own bathroom and veranda. You will be less than 12 minutes walk from famous Avenida Paulista where you can find plenty different kinds of bars, typical restaurants, cinemas, theater, museum, and one of best shopping area. The following complimentary items are also provided: - Bath and face towels (one per guest) - Soap, shampoo and toilet papers. -Several kinds and flavors of tea and coffee.

I am originally from Brazil, I have now lived in Japan for 15 years. I have a degree in hospitality, and I have been hosting guests in Tokyo since 2011. I am very friendly and easy-going, and I am always looking for new opportunities in the hostel business. Right now I have a few great apartments in Shinjuku, Roppongi and Shibuya in Japan. which is one of the most convenient places in Tokyo for travelers. Shinjuku station is central to the expansive network of trains in the Tokyo area, making it fast, cheap, and easy to travel almost anywhere. I am also renting my new penthouse in Spain and one small flat in London and in Brazil. In addition the apartments I have, I can also sometimes rent my friends' apartments short-term while they are traveling. With this unique situation, we can make some great deals! Have a wonderful stay!

Kindly ask for not fry anything inside the flat Shoes off No smoke inside the apartment, very restrict. Please keep silent from 10pm-8am, respect our neighbour. You can use cushions when you r at the apartment but is very important you keep the cushions inside when you go out, for not damage, we don’t have replace in case her rain so you will be charged for replace it for next guest . Please always think on the next person. Thank you
