The Reveal

This well decorated open concept studio is strategically located in a high standard building near Av. Paulista, subway, Rua Augusta and Consolação and also is not far from downtown.

It has air conditioning, a double bed, split bathroom (shower and toilet) so they can be used separately.

In addition, it is on a high floor and features a balcony with incredible views of the city, great WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, electric stove 2 burners; perfect for your stay.

You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with.

Excellent location, around all major turistic spots and gay nightlife, very easy check-in. The building should allow baggage storage int he day of the checkout.

Communication with Renato was quick and easy. Their office is on the same street in case there are any issues. The flat is as pictured and is a few blocks from Paulista... both the metro stop and the main street. Even closer is one of the two main gay areas in SP, a block or so away. Quirky shops, bars and places to eat. I highly recommend Boardwalk Urbanoide a food “truck” court (they are actually shipping containers) that has entrances on both Augusta and Frei Caneca. Good (stupidly cold) beer and a bunch of food choices. Some good music as well. The only warning for you.. there is no laundry in the unit, but there is a service in the building. But it requires planning ahead and some time. So if you have laundry to do, ask about how it works before your arrival and get it in at the start of your stay. I waited till the second to last day and couldn’t do it. And didn’t find any per load or kilo launderettes near the place. I did meet the one on the left of the profile pic at their office... not sure it that was Renato or not. ;)

Very good located next to thé gay area. Nice contact via ******** and quick answer to all questions i had.
