This renovated apartment is located near the main tourist sites of historic Sao Paolo. There are great security measures to enter the building, including 24-hour doormen and digital recognition for guests and residents. Unfortunately, the area where the building is located has a high number of indigent and/or homeless people, as well as thieves who prey on tourists. A friend of mine, while using his cell phone, had it stolen from his hand by a biker.
