The Reveal
Comfortable private room with double bed, bathroom off the bedroom, towels, bed linen provided, Wi-Fi 500 MB included in the room rate. The apartment is on the 9th floor (there are two elevators), it is large, bright, well decorated, very clean and in the expanded center of São Paulo).
There is a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, a toilet and a large shared living room with Netflix, music, internet and books.
- Laundry: washing machine and dryer.
LOCATION:
Great location, close to major public transportation, one block from Ibirapuera Park. Close to subway station (Blue Line - Vila Mariana Station and Lilac Line - Hospital Sao Paulo Station) and bus stop. Close to museums, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, stores and supermarkets. The building has a 24-hour doorman.

Ibirapuera Park is one of the city's icons and its best-known green space. Oh yes, green and rainbows! The proportion of fit, shirtless men is high. Flirting takes place in almost every part of the park and is most intense in the late afternoon.

The stay was short but wonderful. Egnaldo is very attentive and makes you feel at home. The place is very clean, tidy, and everything is in its place. It's worth making a reservation here.

Beautiful, clean and super comfortable room. Egnaldo is a great host. He makes you feel very comfortable to share the other spaces of the apartment. The shower is wonderful, gas-heated. He also takes care to give tips about the places around and things to do in São Paulo. Rating 100/10!

Egnaldo is a very attentive person, he gives you a map where he tells you the places you can go to eat or the metro stations. He is a very kind person, and his apartment is very clean and peaceful, I felt like I was at home. Thank you so much, Egnaldo.

I understand that the perception of distance may vary for each guest, but my location in São Paulo is strategic, very close to Ibirapuera Park, offering easy access to the city center via several transportation options. Many guests consider the area to be well connected and have great infrastructure. In any case, I value your opinion and I am always looking to improve the experience of those who stay with me!

Beautiful place. The host is very responsive and friendly. He even helped me out with laundry. Staying there is very chill and tranquil. My only word of caution, especially for North Americans, is that there's no air conditioning. I survived by using the fan and keeping the bedroom door and windows open for a breeze.

Extremely clean room, spacious, great sunlight and clean linen! Host was phenomenal, communicated fast and gave great recommendations for spots in the area!
