The location is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Ibirapuera Park with its museums, multiple activities, natural areas, bike (etc.) rentals, roller skating, water features, public art, volleyball courts, picnic areas, local families, and vendors, etc., etc. is a just walk away. There are also many good restaurants and gyms in the area. The gay areas, and the downtown districts are not close however: a little over 30 min by bus. The room was clean and tidy, and the host friendly and very helpful!

German was a great host. He shared tips about where to eat, and he allowed us to keep our luggage in his house after the normal check out time since our flight wasn't until the evening. We also had use of the kitchen, which was very convenient. The location is great. We walked to Ibirapuera Park several times. I highly recommend German's place!

I had a great stay here! German is a great guy, and his house is a great place to stay for some days. He is helpful, kind and a great person to talk with as well. I highly recommend any person who wants to explore São Paulo, to stay here!

My flight arrived hours before check-in and Germán gave me the option to enter early; communication flowed very well and he even made recommendations for restaurants and places to have fun, plus he's a person you can easily have a conversation with, very kind and respectful. I would definitely stay with him again.
