Douglas is amazing, gentle, and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient, with reliable warm water, a large bedroom, and a private PINK bathroom. The hammock was great for my private nude photo shoot and reflected the open-minded atmosphere. The secure building had an elevator, a mall and food court were less than 100 feet away, and there were many nearby restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The main boulevard was within walking distance, and Uber pick-up and drop-off were easy.

Peaceful haven in the heart of very busy, lively area of São Paulo. Surrounded by great restaurants, pubs and shops. Douglas is a very kind hearted, welcoming host and shared a lot of information on things to do. If you want to experience São Paulo like a local....this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!!

So I don't want to over sell it but this was my favourite accommodation in six weeks of travelling around Brazil... superb location, stunning balcony, bathroom, hammock..secure, calm and a lovely host in the form of the wonderful Douglas- helpful, thoughtful, warm and fun. Cannot recommend either Douglas or the apartment highly enough!!

Staying at Douglas's apartment was an excellent choice: it is perfectly located in the heart of the gay district, it's close to pretty much anything you want to do in the city, and Douglas is the perfect host - always eager to give advice and help. Highly recommended!!!

A great place to stay close to Av. Paulista and an easy walk to most places. Douglas was a great host and very helpful while I was staying there.
