Nice and cozy space where we have sun in the morning and very well ventilated.
The always quiet condominium suitable for sleeping and studying peacefully. If you have a car, there is a car park at the front with an affordable price per day and/or monthly with easy access to the Marginal, Anhanguera and Castelo Branco highways.
On the corner of the condominium, buses run to various places in São Paulo (av paulista, av would lima...)
At the end of the street (10 min walking) we have the Ceasa Emerald Line train station and 3 blocks from the Imperatriz Leopoldina train station
