This ad is for a shared space to sleep on a comfortable mattress or sofa (whichever you think is best) in a comfortable apartment, near the gay district, walking distance to clubs, parties, saunas. Located in the center of São Paulo. The living room has a large TV, a sofa and a comfortable air mattress and a large window offering natural light. The living room has doors for privacy at night. The open kitchen and living space are great for getting to know my guests. Large bathroom and shared kitchen.
The street is very busy and has bars, a market, a pharmacy and everything you need. I'm also close to three metro stations (a 5-minute walk) No smoking and no pets
The apartment is clother optional and I want you to feel at home. Let me know if you're interested in practicing.

Guilherme is a great person, very friendly and helpful. Communication with him was always smooth. The apartment is very clean and tidy and very well located near metros. He was always attentive to my needs. We had very interesting conversations and he always gave me great tips on how to get around and what places to visit in São Paulo. I recommend.

I had an incredible experience during my stay, thanks to Guilherme's impeccable hospitality. From the first contact, he was extremely polite and attentive, always concerned with ensuring that I felt comfortable in his home. He even made himself available to dedicate his time to show me around the neighborhood, sharing places and making me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend it!

My stay was exceptional! From the start, I was greeted with great warmth, politeness, and attention. The space is super organized, clean, and very well maintained, clearly demonstrating Guilherme's care and commitment to his guests. The location is, without a doubt, one of the highlights. Everything you could possibly need is nearby: markets, entertainment, subway, a variety of restaurants... This was a major plus for me, since I was able to make the most of what the area has to offer. The environment is peaceful and welcoming. I had the privacy and comfort needed to rest and feel at home. The energy of the place is excellent, and Guilherme is always available to help, whether with tips about the area or with any needs that may arise. I highly recommend it! It's a great option for anyone looking for quality, practicality, and a host who truly cares about providing the best possible experience.
