Seiji's place is superbly located. It is in a lively part of Tokyo, very conveniently located for public transit and for walking around the central core of Tokyo, and it is 200 metres from some very fun LGBTQ+ establishments. Bonus: because it is on a quiet side-street, it is very quiet for sleeping. Seiji is a very good host, and his English is good.

Very well located accommodation (not far from the station or metro), a guide that covers the must-sees of the property or some good tips. Quite disappointed with the cleanliness (presence of a few cockroaches in the apartment) and the host's reaction when we asked to leave later if the typhoon persisted, we were just told 12h max (fortunately the situation didn't arise). I recommend and highly recommend Japan which is beautiful to visit that said.

We had a great time staying at Seiji's place. Having a full-size refrigerator was wonderful, and helped us from having to eat at restaurants for every meal. The washing machine was helpful too, but clothes need to dry on the balcony. The location was the best part though -- right in the center of Tokyo and a quick walk to all the gay bars. We were even able to walk to Harajuku and Shibuya, and trains are nearby for everything else.

We had a great stay at Seiji's apartment. The location is great, the apartment is very comfortable and Seiji was easy to communicate with. We would happily recommend this listing and stay here again

Very convenient and close to gay area yet at a quiet street. Food choices abound.
