CozySpace Shinjuku!

Akira's apartment is very well located, 15 minutes on foot from Shinjuku. The neighborhood has all the necessary shops. The check-in went very smoothly, Akira's instructions are very clear. The apartment is very clean, but there were much more furniture than in the photos (Akira will explain why ;-). And our best moment in Tokyo was organized by Akira and his spouse, who took us to a great restaurant and then to get ice cream. We had a wonderful evening all together, it was really kind of them to spend so much time with us. Thank you Akira, I hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you one day in the land of the Loire Valley Castles!

It's a little more crammed with more furniture than shown in the pictures and had to be very quiet and cautious of neighbours. But overall was a great stay with a very convenient location! Communication with the host was nothing but excellent and is a very friendly person! Would recommend for travellers needing somewhere very close to Shinjuku :)

I had a wonderful stay at Akira's apartment. He was outstanding in his communication—very helpful, kind, and accommodating. He was always responsive and provided great tips and recommendations. When we needed to extend our stay a bit beyond the usual time, he was very accommodating. The neighborhood in Shinjuku is beautiful and tranquil, with cafes, restaurants, parks, and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself is cozy, charming, and private. It's also conveniently located, about 10 minutes from the closest subway station. I strongly recommend this location and would definitely stay again. Thanks Akira!

Akira is a formidable host and a great soul. He went above and beyond to make sure I was OK during my entire trip. He went out of his way to even pick me up at the train station upon arrival, gave me tons of amazing recs for Tokyo, and made time to hang out with me and his partner in the city. I had the most delicious sushi and ramen in my life at their favorite spots. I will miss his hospitality but on the flip side, I will return to Tokyo because he inspired me to learn more about Japan. Arigato!

We had some wonderful days in Tokyo in Akira's best suited apartment, a quiet place in lively Shinjuku. We met Akira, he is a helpful and caring host, we talked a lot (he speaks perfectly English) and got so good advice from him for this gigantic city... We can recommend this place by heart as a perfect place to experience Tokyo.

Akira was a warm and wonderful host, he took the time to explain to us the nice places to go in the city and him and his partner took us out for dinner and drinks. However, I must admit I was quite surprised to realize when writing this review that the apartment where we stayed at wasn't the one on the photos, but his partner's. We got switched without notice. The place was however very convenient and comfortable, with similar amenities and located same area.

Nice place to stay in Tokyo There is all the facilities near the flat and Akira was very welcome. We had a nice time there and glad to meet him.

A perfect host! Very helpful with helping me explore Shinjuku which was steps away. He even explained how to use the high tech toilet! Thanks again!
