- Have a pleasant homestay at my sweet home -

Recommend for the tourist who is likely want to have experiences and feel real LOCAL Tokyo's life, located just back from the big woods park.

This absolutely fascinating Flat, which is located in the west side of Tokyo promises you heartful stay in Tokyo. Although it is close to Shinjuku, terminal place, the most famous Gay community LGBTQ area in Japan as well.

Eventhough only about 15 minutes away from the central, here is very quiet, relax peaceful side of Tokyo. Then possible to be yourself as a local person while your stay. On "Shinjuku Train Line” or "Oedo Metro Line" as in public transportations. Nakano which is forcus on the animations and Japanese cartoons fun is also just 10 minutes on the buses.

Check-in time. Sat-Sun / from 15:00 Mon-Fri / flexible ( just ask )

Check-out time. Until 11:00

Those time is flexible. The host basically works at daytime at weekdays. Just ask the owner, please.

Passport or ID required when the check-in. This is the most important. There was property damages in the past.

The apartment is the sort of a local resident with some floors. The same building inclues restaurant, lounge, library, huge gardens and convinience shop(24hours open).

The public lounge and library(working space) are opened for 24hours at the same building, also the cafeteria restaurant daily open.

The main guest room is based on the corner, truly kept privacy.

-There are so many exciting things in the capital city.- I wanted to have more spaces which my guests and friends can stay cozy. Therefore I moved here about 3 year ago. Since then, I have been trying the space well décor stylish, set by the luxury furniture, my own original interior focus on a fusion (Japanese-Western) style. When I travel, try to get some goods, quaint stuff for the flat from over the world. My garden balcony spaces and making my home as comfortable clean as possible for the guests.

It has been very exciting to do so I definitely like to have tourists here. I would like to share my spaces with new friends, YOU !

Hello there. Was born and grew up here in Tokyo. Familiar with many things about this truly big city. Also have lived in London, Dublin, Galway and Malta. On the other hand travel often. Basically on every holidays visit my friends and go to explore where I’ve never been. Curious the new people and cultures and love the natures. I work in the office at the heart of the town close to Tokyo central station. I am on fashion field, my specialty is women's clothes, design outfits and make patterns. I am interested in many things, creative DIY, gardening, art, architect, photographs, and museums. Also very keen on skiing and swimming. Hope to meet many travelers here from the different countries. You guys are always welcome while you are in the capital city. Look forward to seeing “YOU” soon indeed.

Yasu is the most nicest host of my whole entire life of traveling. Extremely accommodating and communicative. The most kindest and mindful person. He met me at the Shinjuku Station and helped me get a physical train card from the tellers. He had such a comfortable home, bed, toilet, lounge area, across the street from 24 hr convenience store! QUIET neighborhood! 15-20 min walk from major stations. I appreciate Yasu for opening his home to us online. It's spaces like his that makes me feel grateful that these listings exist for us gay guys. Especially solo travelers who need a safe space to sleep while we explore. Thank you forever Yasu!!

The place is very clean. Very comfortable private room. The location was great. Very close to a major rail station that will get you anywhere in the city. There is a very nice cafe across the street that serves all kinds of food. I recommend this place.

Yasu made my very first Mr. B&B travel abroad experience comfortable and memorable. He is so calm and easy going. Yasu had a lot on his plate personally and professionally, but still took the time to make me breakfast every morning and meet me after his work even being under the weather and me being late figuring out the subway. He is so kind and generous with his time. He provided me with a guidebook of Tokyo, made a few recommendations and tips, and let me loose.

A very friendly, easy-going and helpful host. Yasu showed me around the neighborhood on the 1st day I came. He then took me to a restaurant and we had dinner together. We had dinner together again around shinjuku area on my 3rd night and he showed me the bars district and Shopping areas. Very easy to communicate with him and we have a lot of chats. His house was very clean and the bed was cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended

Yasu is a caring and kind host, he picked me up at the station (so sweet!) and gave me smart suggestions for my short stay - where to eat, how to move. The house is bright, spotless and quiet, it embodies both Japanese and western style in an exquisite balance. The location is convenient and give you the feeling to live like a local. I highly recommend it :) thanks for everything Yasu!

I had a great stay at Yasu's place. The place is modern and nicely designed, a typical Japanese style living atmosphere. Yasu is also very kind to pick me up and show me around the gay neighborhood in Tokyo. I would highly recommend his place and will definitely come back and stay again!

Yasu is an excellent host. He even picked me up from the station close to his home. He provided me great tips and hints and even prepared a German map of Tokyo. Once we had dinner together and enjoyed a great conversation. This is MrBnB as it should be.

Yasu is friendly and helpful. He met me at the train station and walked me back to the apartment. Apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Tokyo but it's easy to get to Shinjuku by train. Apartment is clean and comfortable.

Stayed with Yas for 4 days he gave me clear instructions how to get to his place and met me at the train station on first day. His apartment is clean and tidy as Yas likes to keep it that way. The room I stayed in was traditional Japanese style and air-conditioned. For breakfast i bought some milk and cereal and Yas offered me to use his tea and coffee. All up i enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone wanting to stay there. Jeff Borg From Australia
