BEDROOM TWO: Queen Bed & Futon with Smart TV. LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen Pull Out and a large Smart TV - Unit contains two extra pair of linens and pillows.

Pet policy: Sorry, no pets allowed. $300 fee for any unauthorized pets on the property.

Cleaning policy Please respect the home. Excessive cleaning (stains, odors, pet mess, trash, etc.) may result in up to a $700 cleaning fee.

Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested 48 hours in advance. No early check-in between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please report any issues immediately upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.

Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-out is available for a $125 fee (must be pre-approved). If housekeeping is delayed due to a late departure, a $125 fee will apply.

Lost and found: Forgot something? We’re happy to mail it back. A $25 shipping and handling fee will apply.
