Welcome to my spacious 75 m2 apartment in the quiet and safe Matinkylä neighborhood of Espoo! The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away. Just a 12-minute walk from the Matinkylä metro station (with which you can reach Helsinki city center easily in about 20 minutes), and 15 minutes from the Iso Omena shopping mall, this location offers easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants.
You'll be staying in a cozy, light-filled private room that I usually use as a home office. The apartment features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms—one of which is mine, and the other is yours during your stay.
Nature lovers will enjoy the surroundings: it’s just a 5-minute walk to the sea, where you can explore scenic walking and jogging routes. There’s a small beach and pier nearby, and the larger Matinkylä Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride away.
Within walking distance, you’ll also find a lovely public sauna, a seaside café, an outdoor gym, and kayak rentals—perfect for relaxing or staying active by the water.
You will have your own private room. The rest of the apartment—such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony—is shared with me. You're welcome to use the shared spaces respectfully.
If you’d like to cook, feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, including the stove, oven, and cooking utensils. You’re also welcome to use household appliances such as the dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee machine, fridge, and TV. If you need to use any of them, just let me know—I'd be happy to show you how they work or provide instructions.
